Etkot is an entertainment party game in which players answer questions and guess each other's answers. The game includes an optional drinking-game mode that is intended for adults only.
The service is intended for adults (18+). By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The drinking-game mode in particular is intended only for adult users.
Etkot does not encourage or promote substance use. The drinking-game mode is an entirely optional feature, and players can at any time:

Rafla Enterprises Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, the drinking-game mode, or interactions between users. The service is used entirely at your own risk.
Players must behave appropriately when playing with others. We reserve the right to block use of the service by users who use the service inappropriately or disruptively.

Etkot is free to use. Etkot VIP is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features such as unlimited players and longer games.
Prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We never see or store your card details.
We give at least 30 days' notice of any price change. A change applies only to billing periods starting after the notice.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Your saved payment method is charged at the start of each period.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and VIP features remain available until then. Unused time is not refunded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
If a payment fails, the subscription moves to a past-due state and VIP features may be suspended until payment succeeds.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting your subscription immediately you expressly request that performance of the service begins during the withdrawal period.
If you withdraw within 14 days, we charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to that point. Send a withdrawal notice to support@etkot.fi.
Consumers in Finland may also refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi), and consumers elsewhere in the EU may use the relevant national body.
A new subscriber arriving through a referral link gets their first month for 1 EUR, after which the normal price of 4 EUR / month applies. The offer covers the monthly plan only and is available only to accounts that have never had an Etkot VIP subscription. It cannot be combined with other discounts or promotion codes.
Anyone can apply to become an affiliate at etkot.fi/promo. Separate promoter terms apply.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the service or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service. Material changes will be announced in the service. By continuing to use the service after changes you accept the updated terms.
These terms of service are governed by Finnish law.
