Service description

Etkot is an entertainment party game in which players answer questions and guess each other's answers. The game includes an optional drinking-game mode that is intended for adults only.

Age limit

The service is intended for adults (18+). By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The drinking-game mode in particular is intended only for adult users.

Responsible play

Etkot does not encourage or promote substance use. The drinking-game mode is an entirely optional feature, and players can at any time:

• Play without the drinking-game mode
• Use non-alcoholic alternatives
• Skip drinking turns
• Stop playing

User responsibility

By using the service you agree that:

• You are responsible for your own behaviour and decisions during the game
• You drink alcohol responsibly and within your own limits
• You do not use the service in a way that endangers your own health or the health of others
• You look after your own wellbeing and that of your fellow players

Disclaimer

Rafla Enterprises Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service, the drinking-game mode, or interactions between users. The service is used entirely at your own risk.

Appropriate content

Players must behave appropriately when playing with others. We reserve the right to block use of the service by users who use the service inappropriately or disruptively.

Prohibited actions

When using the service you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service (e.g. denial-of-service attacks)
• Attempt to break into the service or its systems
• Use automated tools or bots without permission
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the service for misuse
• Copy or reproduce the service or its parts without permission

Breaching these terms may result in immediate blocking of access to the service and possible legal action.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue the service or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of service. Material changes will be announced in the service. By continuing to use the service after changes you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms of service are governed by Finnish law.
